I must also cancel my subscription. I've been seeing suggestions since 2021 for creating the app, but so far nothing!!! We are no longer closing contracts at night and on weekends. If I had known this before, I had not left the previous platform, to which I must return. Inadmissible.

A native mobile application offers numerous advantages, such as the possibility of accessing offline messages, which is crucial for users who are on the street without an internet connection. Additionally, a mobile-optimized layout would significantly improve the user experience. Currently, my team is having difficulties using ChatGuru in the web version on the cell phone, which makes this update even more necessary.
