This is not accurate information, since the same user can mark as resolved a conversation that has been without interaction for 10 minutes and it is then reopened. It creates a dialog to finalize the exclusive service for each User (with a message action for the customer or internal annotation) and seeks a report of how many times the dialogue was triggered.
