Identify the UTM parameters of the campaigns we are running through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and process the information (use in dialogues and provision of reports).
We are evaluating ways to track the origin of leads more precisely and would like ChatGuru to automatically capture this information (or some type of additional configuration that favors this).
I understand that ChatGuru is already able to identify much of the campaign information and only needs to implement new ways to treat this information - which are only seen in the conversation, such as “Sent via advertisement”, title, description and link.
However, the only information that can be “read and manipulated” - and in a very simple way - is the SUGGESTED text message for sending by the customer.
  1. We know that some customers delete the message before submitting an interest in the advertisement.
  2. When you have several ads running, it requires that all the “complete phrases” be configured, which in and of itself is already a big problem for the metrification of the campaign.
