Permanent deletion of templates.

I urgently request the possibility of permanently deleting a template, so that they do not remain in the assets or in the archives. If you prefer to create one more page to delete them but to be permanently deleted. It doesn't make sense to keep this clutter in the templates for lack of a basic feature.
