Chatguru started out and was always good.
But now it's leaving something to be desired, and as I said in a previous feedback I was going to quit Chatguru and I did.
The system crashes, there's no app, and the excess of different attendants attending to me is impossible to like. I know it's difficult to maintain the team's turnover, but they simply removed the attendants who were already used to my bill.
A real nuisance, every time an attendant resolves something in my account, they access 100% of my clients, such as telephone numbers, data provided by customers, and much more.
So for several reasons I decided to leave, and now it's official. In detail, I looked for you and you will complain about this topic and nothing was done. We are developing our own system, and the monthly fee is 40% cheaper and the best one has an app, has a meta API, and I can include new tools such as AI, integration with emails, etc.
