Edit, delete messages via WhatsApp
Today, both through the WhatsApp application itself and also through WhatsApp Web, it is possible to use a feature that allows us to edit a message that had a wrong word or that was sent by mistake or something like that.
We don't have this feature through the platform, and it would be very useful to be able to make these edits through the platform.

This feature would be really cool. In the same way as when the client deletes or edits the message, and for the security of the managers, the chat guru can allow the editing and deletion of messages, but record what was done in that message. That would be really nice. Nowadays, when the team sends the wrong message, everyone rushes to pick up their cell phone and turn it off. That might be better.
