The purpose of creating the Chatbot is so that we can rescue the lead. It's not interesting that we make it clear that the messages are sent automatically or as if it were a “Robot”.
When any attendant sends a message, the customer's conversation contains the name of the attendant who sent the message.
However, when we create a chatbot and you execute it, the messages are sent without the name of the attendant, so that the customer automatically realizes that they are robot messages.
Then, the suggestion is to create an option for you to place a fixed name of a person on top of the message that was created in the chatbot, that is, the same as the one we sent to the customer.
