Today it is only possible to send a weebhook through triggered dialogs according to messages sent by customers or manually by users. It would be interesting to send a weebhook when there was a change in status (the user changed the customer's status to resolved, to activate a weebhook to be used in CRM, spreadsheets, etc.), when there is a change in a specific custom field, if a specific tag is inserted to assign a weebhook (when we insert a tag, for example, a signed contract, sign a webhook).
