It would be very useful and interesting if we could choose which users/departments could change the service status. That way, it would be possible to block users from changing their status manually, forcing them to use the Dialogs! The dialogs allow, in addition to changing the status, other actions to be performed and thus open up many possibilities for managers to monitor information, automatic annotations, execute the NPS compulsorily, etc. But mainly to prevent users from making mistakes when not using the correct function of the dialogs (which is sometimes purposeful).
