It's simply VERY inconvenient to view the GupShup wallet balance. Both through GupShup (access restricted to very few users) and through ChatGuru (it's basically hidden).

I suggest that, as in the image below, a balance be placed at the top next to the number that is connected. It could even be with the same mechanism: hovering over the WhatsApp icon would display the connection status (Connected) and the “Balance = $xxx.xxxxx”. When you have a low balance, you could change the color, drawing more attention, or be visible to all users 100% of the time.
